Need Help To Finish setup my Account For Receive Global Payment

Hello, I sent the documents requested it is 7 days and I have never received confirmation, what is wrong?

    I knew that this service is already active, but I have payments that payoneer does not show, for example I make a Transaction last, and I never had any notification about him and he does not appear in my list of transaction

    @Leonel123 by "transaction" do you mean payment? When payment sent via the Global Payment Service enter the system, a notification email is immediately sent, if you did not receive an email the reason is that the payment did not reach our system.
