Bank Account Statement

Hi;

I called Payoneer customer support for request Bank Account Statement on Monday. They told me they can send in in 1-3 business days. I said it's urgent and i'm waiting for it. Today is 5th day but i'm still waiting for it.

My Refference Number: 181001-007140

Waiting for solutions as soon as possible.

    Hi @ercantrg We understand that you did not get the statement within three business days and apologize about it. We would like to inform you that the option to download a statement from your store manager is a faster option that is now available. Here are the instructions, please follow them and feel free to ask if you have any additional question;

    Login to your online account, from the menu “activity” choose " store manager" connect your ecommerce store to Payoneer, fill in the details – click on "next" ( don’t have this details yet) – Amazon store without MWS will show under “stores pending connections” – (if choose to connect later status will turn into “stores connected” )
    Click on the store “store is not connected to MWS” and "download statement".
