Payment Status:Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company

hello everybody

my client tried to load 25$ to my card but unfortunately it shows :" Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company"

where's the problem and how can i solve it ?

P.S : it's my first load

    It means there is problem from funding source. Ask your client to pay you again and if his cc have no money then it will be rejected again and again.

    he said that he retried but i didn't get anyithing :(

    i don't think he has no moneyon his account

    my client retried to send the money one more time

    and now it shows : "Payment waiting for approval"

    i hope this is normal :)

    Just to clarify, this error means that Payoneer tried to charge the method of payment provided, and the card issuer did not allow the charge.

     

    Generally this would happen for the following reasons:

     

    1) Insufficient funds

    2) Mismatch in information such as card number, expiration, CVV, or billing details

    3) The card issuer does not recognize the merchant, and requires that the cardholder contact them to confirm that it is an authorized charge

     

    For the exact reason, the loader would need to contact their card issuer.

    Once approved, it takes 2 business days to fund the amount. This is in accordance with various security procedures and online payment regulations.

    It is 2 business days. As the weekend is coming up, Saturday/Sunday would not be considered business days, as the banks do not operate on these days.
