No account number for EUR SEPA receiving account and no CAD receiving account

Also, I only have USD, EUR and GBP receiving accounts in my global payment service. Why don't I have access to the other 4 currencies that are listed as being available?
I wrote to customer service but only received an automated email claming that the other currencies should be listed with a plus sign next to them and all I needed to do was click this to request the currencies be activated. I do not have these options in my account.
How do I fix this?

Hi , from the currencies that are not yet available on your account, which one do you need? Regarding your request to receive payments from Getyourguide, if you need to get paid in EUR and do not understand how to enter your details, we suggest you directly contact the support and provide them with a screenshot showing the section where you are supposed to enter your details.

I need the Canadian dollar account right now but wouldn't it make sense to just give me access to all of them to make things easier?
There is no account number for the EUR currency bank. It isn't a problem with the affiliate site.0 -
You can apply for the service, from within your online account, to do so, you should select the 'Global Payment Service' tab, choose 'CAD' and click 'Request now'. It will redirect you to a landing page where you can request the service.

As I already stated, there is no option to request any other currencies.0

Dear @daveh_2120 The service is open for registration, but you need first to receive a minimum of $100 in payments (all types of payments count)
Again, you can apply for the service from within your MyAccount, select the 'Global Payment Service' tab, choose 'CAD' and click 'Request now'. Make sure to use a computer and not a cellphone and delete the cookies or change the browser if needed.
