Payment request

Hello guys. I sent a payement request a week ago, but it's still on "Request pending" and i have not received my payment yet. Can somebody help me we this issue plz?

Dear @Rm25 "Request pending" means that your client did not respond to the payment request you've sent.
In that case, an automatic reminder is sent to your client, one week before the due date, on the due date, one week after the due date and finally, one month after the due date. In addition, you can also manually send a payment request reminder up to three times per payment. To do so, click on the payment request ID, select the option “Reminder” and then confirm the Reminder request. Your client will then receive a an email with a reminder.0 -
okay. But in this case, is there any possibility that The client has not received yet the payment request?0

No if the payment has been sent to the email address you've entered in the request
