Can't see any add option in "Bank Accounts" on my dashboard

As said in the title, i can't see a way to add a bank account in the "bank accounts" settings menu...
Ho do i manage to add one?
Currently my Payoneer is linked to PayPal.

    Sorry @Cristale_Payoneer but, there's no Withdraw option in the menu.
    Only: Activity |Receive |Help |Settings.
    Under Settings, if i select Bank Accounts, there's nothing... only the image that's saying "You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us." and that guide says there should be an option "Select Add new bank account", but there's nothing!

    My country is supported for withdrawal, it's Italy country.

    @dan85 You need to contact the support and provide them with a screenshot since it looks like a technical issue . But what do you mean by being "stuck with PayPal linked"?

    I am having this issue too.
    I have emailed the support but I have not received anything from them yet.

    Hi there @M4th3w Due to the way your account is set up through the company you registered with, you cannot manually change your bank details. If you wish to change your bank details, please contact our support team directly so they can assist you with this

    My payoneer account indicates balance blocked.I currently have no access to funds as they are no account options under the bank field.When I click 'bank accounts" I get a "You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us." response.yet when I contact customer support,I can't seem to get a valid response as the steps posted address issues that are differen from mine.Would you kindly help me and update your systems to help those encountering a similar problem

    When i try to add a bank account it says that "You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us." I dont know whats wrong
    I have not activated my card yet

    But i want to cancel the card method and change it into bank withdrawal method

    Hi, @Mudassir. In order to be able to add the bank account, you need to activate the card. Also please note that your card is the method of payment for Upwork and all payments in USD. You can't change your method of payment for bank transfer, as it is not supported by Upwork.
