global payment service activation

hello,i sent the requested documents to verify the identity ,the identity document has approuved but the questionnaire not yet.till now there is no reply.thanks

    The questionnaire will be verified once you'll start receiving payment through the Global Payment Service. If once you'll receive a payment, anything else is requested then you'll be notified via email.

    i received a message via email,the agent told me that my global payment service is enabled and i can receive payments,but i still receive ''canceled'' transactions!

    Then contact the support center in order for a representative to verify your details and inform you why the payment has been declined

    I have received payment, but it still says submitted at the questionnaire part down below.
