Payment approved but my money isn't in my account

Hi! is anyone having this issue as well?
My account is verified, sent everything ahead of time because I was super paranoid about this issue happening, I received one payment without any issues, it was fast and smooth and then, BAMMM, my money is not reflecting in my account.

I contacted customer services by chat Thursday, they told me they sent a message to billing since they don't know what's keeping my payment from arriving, got in contact with them Friday and now today and I'm getting more desperate by the minute (it's been 15 days without an answer).

I've read tons of other posts but I didn't read an actual answer and this is freaking me out, is Payoneer this horrible every time? is my money even safe with them?
Is this issue actually resolved for all those that posted in the forum before me?

    There is lot of options for you Check every-things you can setup. Remember.... when we create an account then it was blank money and cookie information after that it turn to full by information by user like login information, Browsing information, Browsing location, Ip of login device, Using Internet providers data for security of a payoneer user. So there is no options for hide information about any transaction. If you provide all true information about your account you have to get the reply by Payoneer.
