Account approval for already approved account

Hi,

I just got an email from the Account Approval Department with a request to upload an image of one of my documents even though my account already got approved.

I asked for an explanation and how I can make sure this is not a phishing attempt or identity theft and got a link to upload my documents to payouts.payoneer.com .

Is this a legit payoneer link?

    Dear @nexus You can check it as well on your online account; To do so, login to MyAccount , from the menu "setting" located in the main page, choose "Verified information". There, you can see whatever is requested. Click on the request to open it and submit the necessary information or documents according to what is needed. If you still do not see any request, contact our support via Chat, by phone at 1-646-658-3695 or via social media channels by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter
