Bank Account says "Action Required" even after requested documents have been approved

I'm unable to reach support in any form, either by phone, email or chat (since I get my requests cancelled constantly).
I added a local bank account from Argentina and was requested my ID, which I submitted and it was approved.
The account is now sitting with an "Action Required" label, even though it's been almost two weeks since the documents have been approved.
Is there anything I can do to get the process moving forward?

    Dear @alvarotuso You can check through your online account what are the information requested. To do so, login to your online account, from the menu "setting" located in the main page, choose "Verified information". There, you can see whatever is requested from you. Click on the request to open it and submit the necessary information or documents according to what is needed.
