Bank statement is not given!!!

I requested a bank statement and sent all the documents.I sent an e-mail, but no answer.Support is very slowly. What can I do?

    Dear @Oktay The forum is reserved for general topics only and so we do not unfortunately have the tools to resolve that issue on that platform. However, there is a new way through which you can receive a statement. You can simply download it from your online account and you won't have to wait for the support to issue it for you. For that, please follow the instruction below:

    Login to your online account, from the menu “activity” choose " store manager" connect your ecommerce store to Payoneer, fill in the details – click on "next" (don’t have this details yet) – Amazon store without MWS will show under “stores pending connections” – (if choose to connect later, status will turn into “stores connected” )
    Click on the store “store is not connected to MWS” download statement.
