I have a payment from upwork which is still pending for approval, I received an email that I need to verify my accound and provide the needed information.

In the screenshot I attached it says:

Unfortunately there isn't any link in the page. I tried to view the page from both Computer and Mobile with no luck.

I'm a freelancer who receives payments from Upwork and another company where I work remotely (Monthly salary payable every 2 weeks) and I don't know if I should be using this service or not.

I also got email from Payoneer to add my address and it was declined, can you please let me know why did my address info got declined?
If Payoneer doesn't suppprt payments to Jordan then let me know if I can return my momey to the source and proceed with deleting my account.

Will I struggle each time to get my money.

Thank you @Cristale_Payoneer, I got my money 2 days later, and YES Payoneer supports payments from Upwork to Jordan.
