Payoneer Card Eligibility, $30 Issue Case.

Hey there Payoneer Personnel,

My name is BILLAL OUADI, I'm Algerian and this is my Customer ID 26935538.

In order for me to order a Payonner Master Card, I asked one of my friends here in Algeria to send me $50; which is more than the required amount of money to be eligible to order a card. So we did the transaction properly and I have received those $50, and since that transaction that took place on July 4th, 2018 I am unbelievably still NOT ELIGIBLE to order a Master Card. I've uploaded my passport and my national ID more than five times; still, no responses but the standard email where they tell you that they filed your case and you're being taken into account.

I need to use my money. That's my money! Is this thievery?
