What to do now I have not received my cash from Atm machine that atm has not given me cash but my ba

I made a transaction of Rs. 20000 on Friday 19th of October at about 12:30 p.m. (GMT+5) from MCB ATM Main branch Abbottabad. The balance in my Habib Metropolitan card was Rs20000. The ATM didn't give out the cash and said that it was out of order while my balance was deducted from my Payoneer card and now it's just Rs248.



I need help on what to do now. I went to the bank today and they said that there must be some glitch during exchange so Payoneer will reimburse the amount in 72 hours and if that doesn't happen then you should contact Payoneer support because the bank has nothing to do with it.



I need to know how will I get my hard earned money back. I have been using the same ATM for 6 years and this is the first time that something like this happened.



Please help.

    It can unfortunately sometimes happen when there is a loss of connection between Payoneer/Mastercard with the ATM bank operator. The transaction is usually pending authorisation meaning that it is waiting to be charged by the bank but is not charged yet. Do not worry, there is a date at which the funds will get back to your balance, it is usually ten business days from the day the transaction has been made, but Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. You can directly contact the support and our representative will let you know the exact date. In case the transaction was completed, we will send you an email with a link to download the dispute form in order to fill an official dispute against the ATM operator. Otherwise, if the transaction is pending to be charged, you will see it pending authorisation in your transaction list and have to wait 10 business days until it is released.
