Verification issues

Hello!
This morning I turned 18, first thing I did was apply for Payoneer. And Revolut. Revolut worked just fine, few mintues after my verification I got email, that it got denied, "Unfortunately, we are unable to issue Payoneer accounts for applicants under 18 years of age."
As my birthday is 27/10/2018, that makes me 18 years old. Now, in My account page I don't see anything much, ~I see my client number, Local time, last visit, and I can View Transactions. No bank accounts are added, but I did add actually my bank account ("You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us."). For all balances it says ("Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days.")
My question was, so did my account actually got verified or no?

@Nighterance then you should directly contact the support and provide them with your ID showing your date of birth and this should resolve the issue.

I am trying to do, but live chat always sends me status: canceled. Wrote them eial, havent had responce until now.0

Friend, Normally the live chat is very crowded, look for the chat in Spanish or Russian, it is less crowded.

Contacted you guys, I recieved responce from your team that I had to send them my passport on email, which I did, and haven't heard from them since0

Dude, wait a minute, it takes them three days to review your documents and then get approved, and now that the demand for usauarios has increased, the longer the verification will last.
