Dear @Ander45 , thank you for participating in our forum. The UK payment details can only be utilized to receive payments in GBP from UK based companies. It is unfortunately not possible to collect USD payments from companies based in England using the Global Payment Service. The only way to receive funds in USD is by providing your US payment details to US based companies. To read more about the Global Payment Service, check out the following blog.

Hi @Ander45. The payment should bounce back within a few business days yes. It would also help if the sender contacted their bank to see if the payment can be cancelled on their end.

In this case you should contact the payment sender, and see if they can provide an update on the payment, or its cancellation.

If that is the case you just need to contact our support team and we can get you a confirmation email or a statement of the transaction.
In a case where we never received the payment, like in the payment we are discussing in this thread, you would not be able to get this kind of statement. Instead you only need to contact the sender about this.
