Good morning. Soon I am receiving a payment from a UK company, this payment will be in USD for which I provide the GPS data of that currency USD. Will I have a problem receiving that payment?

    Hi @Ander45. The payment should bounce back within a few business days yes. It would also help if the sender contacted their bank to see if the payment can be cancelled on their end.

    it should take up to 10 business days from the moment it was transferred.

    10 working days have elapsed and the company sending the payment says that the payment has not been returned. This is normal?

    Anything beyond 10 business days would be a longer than normal waiting time. In this case you should contact the payment sender, and see if they can provide an update on the payment, or its cancellation.

    This would only be available if the payment was within our system initially and then cancelled. If that is the case you just need to contact our support team and we can get you a confirmation email or a statement of the transaction.

    In a case where we never received the payment, like in the payment we are discussing in this thread, you would not be able to get this kind of statement. Instead you only need to contact the sender about this.

    The payment was sent to Payoneer and the sender says it has not been returned.

    How can we confirm it?

    I repeat, the sender says that the payment has not been returned, already passed 12 bussines days.

    For this you will need to contact our customer support team directly. They can check and see if we did receive the payment, or help open a case about the missing amount.
