I was asked to verify a global payment!

Hello, I have been receiving funds via the global payments for months now. On the 11th of October a payment of $300 was made to me by a client and I was asked to verify the payment by answering some questions.

I have answered those question and am still waiting on my funds.

I have sent mails to support and is yet to get any feedback from them on my funds.

It's past 20days now.

How long is this suppose to take?

    Dear @animoxix thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We are sorry to hear that you have been waiting 20 days for the payment to be loaded. We checked your account and have forwarded a request to expedite the review and information you've provided. When payments reach our system, some are reviewed and other not. But when it is reviewed, the payment approval department requires our customers to provide information or documents in order to verify its sources according to the rules and regulations imposed by the US government, MasterCard®, and our banks. This is done to ensure the safety and security of all transactions done via Payoneer. We do transfer the information as soon as it is provided but please keep in mind that it this is also really important to provide the correct documentation in order to avoid any additional delay.

    Another payment of $50 made to me yesterday via the global payment service is saying pending too! now i am really scared. can you give me a definite date to when this will be resolved? I am exhausted, really. :'( :'( :'( :'( :(

    Do not worry, but keep in mind that the review time together with the review time, normally takes up to five business days while Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days.

    I need to receive $3000 from my Germany customer. Am I allowed to get such big amount through Payoneer global payment service?
    I sent messages to customer support, but yet to receive any response from them. Could you please help?

    Hello Cristale, I have not yet gotten my payment till now. I called your customer care lines and they promised i would get my pay asap. that was on the 1st of November, today is 5th, yet no payment. I have two payments on hold now and one more will likely enter tomorrow. Is this how all of my payments will keep piling up on hold? Meanwhile, i called one of your customer care agents today and she said i should wait indefinitely....she didn't sound like she knew what she was saying though. scary.

    hi, I just got this email:
    "In order for us to credit your Payoneer account with this and future payments, please use the link below to upload a copy of your government-issued photo ID (such as your national ID card, passport, or driver's license). Please ensure that the copy (preferably in color) is clear and readable."

    I uploaded the ID card, but on the Payoneer website there are some questioneers.. Should I fill them as well?? I cant get my payment now.

    Hi there,

    We do ask that you submit the questionnaire. The purpose of that is to give us a better sense of what kind of work that you do to receive payments. The form is meant for individuals to complete so you don't need to be a company.

    I work as freelancer and receive payments regularly every month. Everything was great but the last time I requested a payment from my client, I got a message to fill out the global payment questionnaire, submit my national ID, and answer some questions related to my business. And I did all that. I was supposed to receive money from a client but they're not loaded on the account, and it says they are pending. I have other money I will soon receive but I am afraid that I won't be able to receive them.
    Please help me because me and my family live from this money.

    Hi. I requested a payment from Fiverr on 27th June 2019 at 11pm. its been 1st July 2019 now but the payment is still pending. I have provided my passport in the account along with attached them in the Payoneer contact. Can you guide me please?

    Hi, the questionnaire would be approved once you receive payments. So you can the client send the payment, and it'll be approved.

    Hey there. My name is Wahabna Malik.

    I have been a very satisfied Payoneer customer for 5 months now. However, recently, Payoneer asked me to verify payment from the company that has been paying me for months now (you can check my payment logs on my account)

    Regardless of that fact, I've submitted all the required documents (My invoice, Employment Letter, and other details).

    I just hope my payment reaches me in time and this issue is resolved soon.

    Kindly please look into this matter. I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Hello . I also receive money from many websites . I want to know when filling the form is it okay to put only one URL of my store ? I receive payments from multiple sites . Will it be a problem ?
