I didn't receive my bank transfer, Bank didn't receive any incoming transfer.

Hello everyone,
I usually use bank transfers to withdraw my funds and it usually toke around 5 days from the day I initiate the transfer till I actually receive the funds into my bank account.

This month I used bank withdrawal and I didn't get the money into my account for 11 days, I contacted my bank and they confirmed that there was no incoming transfers. I contacted Payoneer chat and they said that the transaction is successful but they will investigate it.

I didn't hear back form payoneer since the chat and I can't find a way to submit a request or support ticket.
If anyone can help me, please tell me what should I do now and what is the correct action to take in-order to get the funds back.
