I have a typo in my name and i cant contact with support team.

I made a typo in my name when i opened my account and i am trying to contact with the support team more than a week now by sending all the necessary documents twice but i still have no answer from payoneer and i dont see any change in my name in my account so i cant proceed to use my account and order my card .
What else can i do?

    Hi @Ourania. When sending emails to us there is typically a 2-3 business day wait time for our support team to reply. Especially when reviewing i.d. documents. For now, all you need to do is wait and someone should be in touch soon.
