Hi @Leonel123. One thing to keep in mind is that the source of the payment is also important for your card eligibility. The option to order the card will become available once you have received at least $30 in payments from approved sources. This excludes payments from eWallets (paypal, stripe, Skrill, etc) or in network payments using the "Make a Payment Service". You can learn more about the opt in card eligibility requirements here: Account with card FAQ.

@Leonel123 After the card is ordered it typically takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you are interested in faster shipping we do offer a paid express service via DHL. The cost for this is $40, and the card arrives in 4-7 business days with this method. For this shipping option you would need to order your card using our standard shipping, then contact out customer care department asking for the paid express shipping option.

For The Fast Option: This means $40 general, or order the Payoneer Card for $30 + Paid a $40 For DHL Express?

my payment from uTest has failed to go through, payoneer is my default payment method on uTest. what could be the problem that caused the payment to fail to process? can payoneer check if my account is linked to uTest. kindly assist please.

Please be advised that your account was approved already and your funding source is already linked at Payoneer. Please contact uTest for further clarification as to why payment did not leave their systems.
