Bank Withdrawal Issues

Hello Friends,

On 25th of October, 2018, I have made bank withdrawal to my HBL account through my Payoneer's MasterCard, but the funds haven't reached my local bank (HBL Main Branch, Abbottabad) even after12 days.
When I asked my bank and their head office, firstly they are failed to locate the transfer in the pipeline, then I have contacted Payoneer's supported and they have provided me the complete tracking info, after which the head office representative accepted that a payment ($2600) is reflecting but is on hold by the SCB (Standard Chartered Bank) the intermediary bank for some verification and we have asked your local branch to provide the required information (Name, Address, Phone Number etc) to SCB, my branch operations manager is saying he has already provided that info through MT-109 or 199 (something like that) to SCB. But I'm not sure whether this is the proper way to communicate or provide info to SCB because payment hasn't credited to my account yet.
And after that, I did another withdrawal for $100 only to test, and again they (SCB) have requested the same information from HBL head office. And again they (local HBL branch and Headoffice) are saying that the information has already been sent.

Question is, even after a long wait, no payment has been credited. And the intermediary bank is, again and again, asking for the required information on each withdrawal. The basic info once provided should be enough but it isn't in my case. Both payments are missing and local HBL branch says to contact head office to coordinate with SCB and the head office says it's the responsibility of parent branch. Even the operations manager has asked me to provide them the SCB numbers to contact, which isn't my responsibility but I did and he failed to contact them. I have seen many experienced people from Pakistan using Payoneer in this forum, please suggest me what to do, how to make my bank contact SCB to clear this mess for once. I'have been calling all the day from 10 days and spent much on calls. But all in vain... Please help...

I do however invote you to send our customer support team an email , If you provide me that emails reference number we can look into this further for you.

    UPDATE: Now my bank is saying you need to contact the remitting bank (Payoneer), because it's their responsibility to credit the payment in their customers' accounts, safely. So, they are right because Payoneer is responsible to credit the amount safely to my account. People don't know the technicalities and the intermediary banks involved in the process.

    And thankfully the issue has resolved. And I got the payment on 6th of November, 2018.

    I am facing the same issue of payment being delayed. Got in touch with Payoneer team on twitter, on email, on call. It's been 9 days now. Hope they will resolve the issue soon!

    What bank would you suggest besides HBL?
