(CHN)Account payment problem?

Excuse me, I have requested the customer to pay from the local bank in China to the payoneer (CHN) account, but it has been more than 15 days, and the customer does have payment, but my CHN account balance is 0.

I would like to ask if the CHN account can accept payment?

I found that the CHN account for each account is the same information. Without a personal name, how do you determine who the money is?

If the CHN account is available, how long does it take to receive the payment?

    Dear @qw

The Chinese payment details are used to receive CNH payments from online Chinese marketplaces/Chinese companies but you cannot receive payments from an individual account.
If it is a company, i recommend you to make sure you have manually provided your customer with the correct details. Also, i suggest you to contact our support center as soon as possible in order to sort out this matter. You can receive assistance via our social media channels too by sending a private message on Facebook or twitter.
