Typo at personal data - no reaction from Payoneer

I made a typo in my name when i opened my account and i am trying to contact with the support team more than a week (first request was on previous week - so, spent more than 5 business days for reply) now by sending all the necessary documents twice but, amke a call and resend required data once more - I still have no answer from payoneer and i dont see any change in my name in my account so i cant proceed to use my account and order my card .
What else can i do?

    HI @J2K The typical review time for any documents you submit is about 2-3 business days. This would begin immediately after you provide all the requested information to review your account. If you have been waiting longer than this please send me a private message with your reference number so I can check further into this for you.

    Hi, Im not awaiting for comments whom and where I should to contact, I sent an official request according to FAQ manual, starting from 01/11 issue not resolved. Thats not a customer service which I'm expecting from Payoneer
    Moreover, I havent account on Facebook or Twitter
    8 business days - issue not resolved
