I have changed my country of residency and I cannot update my profile accordingly

Hello

As mentioned in the title, I have changed my country of residency and I cannot update my profile accordingly, the currency of the first country I was in was not supported by Payoneer but my new residence's currency is fine, I don't want to create a new account with a new Email

    Hi @Cynic You cannot update the country of residence from your online account, our support does it for you. For that, you need to contact the support via email or chat and to provide a proof of residence for your new address, your address, and a copy of your ID.
