I made a payneer account.so can i make the transactions without the master card/?
Without ordering the master card should I pay annual fee??

    Hi @rmshehanperera ! The Annual fee is only a feature of the Payoneer Mastercard. As long as you do not have an active card on your Payoneer account, you will not have to pay the annual fee.
