Hi @Hattem . As long as the person sending the funds is enabled to send a payment absolutely. But we do ask that you do not use the Payoneer forum to solicit payments, as donations would not actually be an approved payment type for the "make a payment" service.

Hi @Hattem . We work with many freelancing sites that attract clients and let you provide services to receive payments. Fiverr, Upwork, and freelancer.com are some popular options. You can check them out, as well as other options by clicking here.

    Thank you for answering me.
So if paypal really hard like that i decided to use Skrill and i need to know some information about it.
First can i receive money to my Skrill account without linking my Payoneer account and/or my prepaid MasterCard card?
And can i link my payoneer account( which is has $0) and my payoneer card (which is
    has $0 too) with Skrill
Can i send money from my Skrill account to payoneer account without link the card?
And last question, what's the different between send my money to the card and the account and can i withdrawal my money using the ATM if i have the money on my account without issues? I mean is there some options i need to edit?
(I am sorry i have asked a lot)
Thank you so much sir i appreciate your answer.

You would link Skrill the same way as you link Paypal, using the global payment service. When it comes to the balances, the card would typically need at least $5 to complete any card verification done in the linking process. You should have a card linked to skrill before linking the card to avoid any interruption or failure in the process.

In regards to using an ATM, your card is designed to work at any ATM that accepts prepaid debit Mastercards.
