Withdraw No US Currency Available

Hello there,
My card had been expired on May 2017. Your authority has cut all dues and fees UP TO 2019 as this card has been attached with and my earnings have been coming in this card. Now I am facing one problem not being able to transfer money to my bank because there is no US currency available in the particular section from where I used to transfer money to my bank. Moreover, in my menu bar, there is no transfer option under withdraw. one more thing I need to know from your part whether you will charge extra money if you issue a new card.

    HI @lipise , To order a replacement for your expired card there should be no charge if you choose the free shipping option. If there are any annual maintenance fees past due those could be charged upon card activation.
