issues getting support

I received a payment on 12th November, today it is 20th Nov but it is still pending. Payoneer sent me an email on 12th to send them screenshots of the payment which I did immediately but up to now, no one has said anything. I have contacted customer care on chat two times and they assured me how it only takes 3 days but I am now in the 2nd week. The most annoying this is that no one is saying anything about.
I have used Payoneer since march and I have never had any issues, why now? Please Payoneer, get back to me ASAP because I am now frustrated. Thanks
