Typo error in my personal details-Payoneer live chat not given solution they disconnected my chat!

I have a problem
When I creating my Payoneer account, I input wrong information by accidentally and I hit create button.

But after when I start to submit My Driving License for verify account I noticed that I mistakenly entered my sister's information because of chrome automatically data input add-ons.

Following details I entered with wrong information
1. Full Name
2. Address
3. My National ID No
4. Birth date

Now I want to change this details match with my Driving License ID

So I contact Payoneer Live Chat service after waiting few hours one person starting to chat with me his name is "Julian"

I explain my situation about this situation and ask help him but he asked me to call my sister to do update account information.

But I throughly explain I am the creator of this account and accidentally put wrong information so please help me to this.

But he repeatedly ask me to call my sister to verify her own account. But she didn't know this things happened.

I disappointed Payoneer Live Chat service he didn't reply with responsibility. This is a worst customer service I faced from Payoneer.

Now I have issued with submit and verify my true identity to Payoneer because of my mistake.

Any one help me to solve this problem?

    Our chat support has specific information they can use to verify your account. If at any point, because of a mismatch of information, or it becomes clear we are not speaking with the account holder, we are not able to assist you with any account changes. In this case, the account holder will always be the person who's name is on the account.

    Now, to proceed with this issue you need to contact our support team once more, providing your legal government issued photo i.d. that reflects your own information. This can be in the form of a passport, drivers license, or national i.d. card. With this we can send the case to our approval department to see how we can proceed.
