Payment Pending

Hello,

It has been 5 days now that the payment is still in pending mode. How much time does it usually take to complete the review? How can i contact someone official from Payoneer?

    Hi ! Are you sure that you have provided all the necessary information requested by the payment approval department to review the payment? In case you did and your client did as well i recommend you to contact the support and verify if there is a possibility to forward your request to review the payment. But in case you did not , you and your client can submit your information by login in to your online account, from the menu "setting" located in the main page, choose "Verified information". There, you can see whatever is needed. Click on the request and submit the necessary information or document.
    You can as well contact the support via our social media channels by sending a private message via Facebook or Twitter for a quicker assistance.
