Greetings, I am writing this because I have a problem with payment. I writed to company costumer service but i didn't get any answer from 20th of September. My Reference number is 180906-006460. The problem was made when my Father suddenly died. My Father led my Grandmother's Airbnb account because she is not very good with internet and only after he died we realized that he made a Payoneer account for Airbnb payments. This did not come to our attention because the payments from Booking and Atraveo came directly to the bank account. I contacted the Airbnb and they told me to contact Payoneer costumer service as I did. Although I've sent all the required documents that company requested from us, we have not yet received any feedback and it's been two months now. My grandmother lives exclusively from the apartment and these money is needed to her. Also Fathers Payoneer account is turned off and now we do not know where my Grandmother's money is. Please can you help us we are despered.
