Do i pay the annual 30$ fee on my first transaction even if i didn't order the payoneer card?

Hi @sharl , this depends on the kind of account you have with us.

For balance accounts (signed up directly on payoneer.com), you have virtual balances that hold your funds. There is no annual fee to maintain these balances. In this case, you would only have an annual fee applied if you ordered our Payoneer card. The fee would not be charged until one calendar year after the card was activated by you.

If you apply for an card account (applied via one of the Payoneer partner websites such as Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) then your account by default starts with a prepaid card and no virtual balances. For accounts like this, the annual fee is charged on the very first transaction you receive, as long as it can cover the entire annual fee.

Hopefully this clears up and doubts over fees you may have to pay.

@amanur Yes there is an activation fee.  You can view the full list of the fees associated with your account by clicking the "Pricing & Fees" link, located under the "Help" menu, on your "Payoneer Account".
