ATM error and Pending status

Immediately to say that I am aware that at this event, Payoneer made no mistake.
11/14/18 at ATM my bank I tried to raise $ 300. ATM accepted the card, processed the request, and accepted the PIN. After all this, he did not pay me the money. He informed me that the transaction was canceled. But ...
This transaction has been in Pending status since then (now 7 days).
Question: The number of days Payoneer computers are waiting for confirmation of the transaction. I tried to find this information, but I did not succeed. In this case, confirmation will never come.

Hi @Gordan ! The pending transaction you see is called a pre-authorization. A pre-authorization is a common occurrence with card transactions. Merchants will put the funds required for a purchase into a pending transaction to verify that there are adequate funds to complete it. Unfortunately, whether or not the transaction is approved, the hold remains until it expires.
The typical time for a pre-authorization for ATM's to expire is 7-10 business days. So it should not be much longer before the hold releases and the funds are back with you. Please keep in mind that Business days only include Monday - Friday, and also excludes banking holidays.

Hello! And sorry for my intromission, I just was looking for help about the same thing and it seems this is the answer I was looking for...
But in addition to this problem, I used my card the same day to make a different purchase, with the rest of my money in my account, different than what went Pending obviously, and that transaction went through normally, no mistake, but now I'm checking my transactions and also that one transaction is in Pending, which never happened to me before with a normal purchase/transaction (not ATM)... Questions are:
Does this happen when there is transaction already pending? In this case the one due to the ATM error. Are all my next transactions going to be shown as Pending until this one from the ATM error expires?
Now I have those 2 transactions pending and it never happened to me before, I was truly afraid I was going to lost my money from that ATM error and now this other normal transaction is shown as Pending as well...
