Payment not received

Hello, A client sent me a payment 10 days ago via my Global Payment Service (EUR) but I haven’t received anything yet in my Payoneer Account.
I've contacted the support with my informations but still not get any reply, even the requests are not saved.
3 requests already, Reference Number : 181128-011877; 181128-006735; 181127-013653
Please help me!

    Thank you @EdwinPayoneer, but I still not received the payment or got any reply..15 days and nothing yet..Is that because its my first operation ??
    I can tell that im very disappointed with Payonner :/
