When I try to link the Payoneer account with PayPal, i receive this error message :

Hi @alaldev ! It sounds like your Paypal card may not have a debit or credit card linked to it. When there is no card linked to the Paypal account, you will not be able to link it to the global payment service bank account we offer.
To resolve this, link an active and funded credit, or debit card to your Paypal account, and then try linking your bank once again. For more on this, click here.

wont work even if you have Linked Payoneer Master card !
