Pending payment/transaction under review

Problem with receiving payment from the client.
Previous 2 transactions were quick & fine. Client made a payment from the second attempt (first one also can be seen in transactions activity area - there was a technical problem with Visa/Mastercard payment security process), the amount/transaction is still under review. Previously it took 4-5 minutes to complete the transaction. Need to resovle the problem occured in a soonest possibility.
Asked client, he confirmed that he got no message as previous for payment been approved, as well as any additional requests.
Please advise. Thanks a lot in advance.
