Seller Protection / Refund Policy / Chargeback

Hi, i would like to ask about chargeback/refund system on payoneer,
are buyer able to chargeback/refund when they paid me from payoneer account to other payoneer account ?
are payoneer had any seller protection ?
well i always had all documentation of my work and deliver files perfectly,
just want my protection as seller (avoiding client free work request afterwards)
because i can't find anything on faq about it

    Hi @web_freelancer90 , we do offer charge backs if requested in a reasonable timeframe. This of course involves an investigation that requires the help of both the seller and the buyer. Based on the results of this investigation, a decision is then made on the amount in question. Keep in mind that we highly consider the information presented by both sides, in any chargeback case.

    @EdwinPayoneer do you have any documentation on what criteria is considered in an investigation?

    Also, how long is a “reasonable timeframe”?

    hi @truetamplin your questions depend on the type of payment you are requesting to dispute, if you need to make a dispute we can advise what we can help with when you contact us. You can also check our terms and conditions to see which type of payment it was and to check what we can do with the dispute /investigation.

    If I buy something and do not receive it will I receive a refund if I pay by my bank account?
