I've USD balance but not on my card, what i have to do now

When i select USD balance it showing balance but when i select my card it showing $0
What is the problem

    Hello @solaymanislam It can mean that the funds have not been transferred to your balance. It can happen because of many different reasons, i recommend that you directly contact the support center in order for a representative to verify the details on your account.
