Your Payoneer Card has been blocked

Dear Nissim,

I am a Nigerian aspiring internet income dreams... I have not gotten any transaction with my card before... Just of recent i logged into my account and saw a message... Your card is blocked... however, all i need is reactivation of my card and also ask if it's possible to add my local bank details in Nigeria to receive payment from payoneer.
