Problem with ACH at First Century Bank

That's a long story.
I want to receive a payment to my Payoneer account using ACH transfer.
My Payoneer's bank name for USD global payment service is First Century Bank.
I sent bank name, ABA and my account number to my employer, he went to his bank and tried to make a payment. But he did the wire transfer instead of ACH. The payment was rejected. Payoneer's support answered that "We accept only ACH local transfers via US bank details issued for you. Therefore no WIRE transfers can be processed".
After that we tried one more time, but the employer's bank said that "ACH transaction can be initiated ONLY by your bank". That means that ACH has to be initialized by First Century Bank somehow.

What should be the next step?

    @Kasheftin The point is also that the Global Payment Details can only be used by US based companies that wish to pay you. If your client needs to pay you, i recommend that you directly contact the support in order to verify what are the available payment options on your account and you can also check out the following blog to read about the different ways to get paid.
