Why I can't order a new USD card ?

Hello,

My previous card was expired.
When I want to order a new card, I could not find the "USD" on the currency list, only EUR and GRB.
Could you help me?

    Dear @borisch It can happen if your card is already expired. In general, the option to order a card from your online account is available 90 days before the card expires and as long as your account is active. I recommend that you contact the support and our representatives will assist you with your next order.

    Please if using expenditory shipping how much in total do I need to make available for card other? I know $30 is for normal order and shipping, but additional cost of how much do I need to add to $30?....$10 to make it $40 or another $40 to make it $70 ?please me for this clarifications.Thanks
