Prohibited Transactions

Hi all,
I am going through the terms and conditions and I need some help interpreting the prohibited transactions. I see that It is strictly forbidden to make or receive payments for items such as:

Bill payments
Medical services
Food and beverages
Airlines
Cosmetics/lotions
Books
Donations etc

Does this mean I cannot use my card in restaurants, clinics/hospitals, beauty stores, bookstores, or even to book a flight?

I'm going through the terms myself and is having the same question. Can someone please confirm it is the case? Contacted the support via live chat and they say it is not a violation. Which is correct?

hi, there@whx please note the date of the post you are checking, this post is originally from 2018 in all cases the live chat/ phone representatives will have the most up-to-date information.

We have updated what the card is allowed to be used on in recent months, we still do not approve of these types of transactions for the Make a Payment Service or the Global Payment Service, however, it is fine to use your card for these types of transactions
