My Payment Is Lost

Amazon Mexico transferred money to my Payoneer account on November 24th. Normally, money transitions took place within 2 to 3 days. But I waited 1 week and the transfer did not take place. I immediately contacted Amazon and said that the money transfer was successful and the bank accepted the money. Then I contacted Payoneer and notified the issue. For 10 days, Payonner hasn't invested my money in my account. There is no progress in solving the problem. I can't open my store because of Payoneer and I've suffered a huge financial loss. Solving a problem can never take so much time. I was disappointed and looking forward to the solution of the problem
