How to register payoneer if only have a single name

I have some question,
my family have problem when he wants sign up payoneer, cause he not have a last name, he is only have a sigle name.
what should be filled in the last name  webform registration ?.
can be filled with special characters ? example: "." or ","   .
Does is not a problem when upload scan of ID card for verification ?

You can tell your family member just to use their first name as their last name as well and our approval department will understand.

My name contain last name only single character.Due to this condition I cant create my payoneer account. What is the solution for this?
