English and Spanish support e-mail addresses not working since Friday (12/18/2018)

Since Friday, I have attempted to reply to e-mails sent by your payment approval department in Spanish ([email protected]) and English ([email protected]) but both addresses have mail server issues and my messages are dropped.

I got this message for [email protected]:

And this for [email protected] today, just a few minutes ago:

Please check the status of your mail accounts. This rebounds do not allow me to reply to messages related to payment approval. I will try again later.
