I'm confused about the Account Number required by Payoneer to withdraw to my personal bank account

so i live in Tunisia and i want to withdraw the funds to my personal bank account , so i went to my bank and told them what the situation was and then they gave me a piece of paper stating my " IBAN number " and it goes like this :

TN 59 XXYY YZZZ ZZZZ ZZZM MMLL
Bank Code : XX
Agency Code : YYY
Account Number : ZZZZZZZZZZ
Nat Code : MMM
RIB Code : LL
and i'm just wondering should i include my NAT and rib code with the account number or should i just give Payoneer the Account Number only ( my bank says that without the rib code no transaction can be made )
should my Account Number be : ZZZZZZZZZZMMMLL or just ZZZZZZZZZZ

Hi @Slahiddine The account number should be entered as it appears on your bank statement/check.

anf if by any chance the number is missing something , are my funds lost or do they return to my balance ?

They are not lost, they will be transferred back to your balance. What you should do, is to enter your details and provide the support right after with a copy of a voided check in order for them to verify if the details are alike

@Slahiddine then you can simply provide a bank statement.
