how much time it will take to Add Fund in my Payoneer Account???

It looks like this payment loaded to your account. But for future reference, it would take two hours on average for those payments to be approved. If it takes longer, it would mean that we have asked for additional information, or there is an internal review.

Hi @ANJANBD The loaidng time differs according to the method used to transfer the payment (ACH, Credit card, eCheck etc...)

Moreover, additional information are sometimes requested by the payment approval department in order to verify the sources of the payment. Providing the information on time is important in order to avoid any delay.

I've got a payment waiting as an "upcoming transaction/pending". I haven't been asked for any payment source verification documents, so what happens if the payment is not made into my Payoneer bank account?

I provided two verification documents some time ago in order to get ready for payment. My friend who was paid by the same company, using the same payment method, on the same day, yesterday 18 December, has already received his payment.

Please don't ask me to contact customer service or email etc. They never help or respond.

Please help.

Hi @JohnH it propably happens because that some details are missing for verification, but if you do not want to contact the support via email, i recommend you to do it via chat or by sending a message through our social media channels, Facebook or Twitter

what is Upcoming Transaction in Payoneer??
I asked my friend to send 101$ payoneer to payonner. He send me 101$ to my payoneer account from his payoneer. But its almost 2 days and it is still showing pending in upcoming transaction . How much time it will take to transact in my payoneer account ?

Upcoming Transaction in Payoneer's status is pending. it has been 4 four days. and i didnot receive any email.
I have transfered the amount from the fiverr.
please let me know what could be the reason

Please be advised that your payment is pending because our department needs you to submit a valid picture of your government issued photo ID.

The picture you submitted is considered of insufficient quality.

We need you take a picture with a camera or a phone camera.

Please go into your account ---> settings ---> verification center ---> and submit requested information.

Please do not send any scanned copies or cropped images.
