I need recover my Payoneer account and i don t receive any useful response

Hello, I don t know my password and when i receive the email to reset i can t because the system not recognize my new phone number.
When I try receive response with the contact form off support always receive automatic message and any solution.
What can i do?

    Hi @nresp because you will need to contact the support in order to resolve that issue, you should do it via our social media platforms by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.

    And if i don t want facebook and twitter what should i do? I want contact for email or for form, I don t understand the contact form off this website.. Can you provide me this solution?

    Dear @nresp then you can contact the support via the following link and from the window that opens click on "If you are unable to log in or do not have a Payoneer Account please click Continue" located on the bottom in grey and click on "send message". Feel free to ask if you have more questions.

    You don t understand, i did this before 2 times and allways i receive one auto reply then ist not usefull for my case.

    How can recover my mail or receive one answer from a real person?
