Payoneer close card payments and ask for ID document to continue receiving card payments.

First time i receive an email from payoneer that
"We’re still missing your ID document and as a result you will not be able receive card payments. To resume receiving payments to your card submit your ID document" .

I have submitted my ID document using my payoneer account but the problem is how i will know the status of that issue ? how i will be informed that everything is ok ?

    Hi @usman456 . Typically it takes 3 business days for a document like an i.d. to be reviewed. You should get an email from our team as soon as it is complete.
