My Global payment service status stuck on "Submitted"

Hi,
I've opened a payoneer account and I've submitted my documents (passport) and got approved,
But in order to use global payment service, I was asked to fill the questionnaire , and I did,
But the status is stuck on "Submitted" and didn't get approved.
The problem is that I mailed payoneer so much times, and tried everything, but they never respond back to me.
Should I ask my payer to send me the money, or a problem could occurs because the questionnaire is not approved?

    My 'Bank account details' and 'Global payment service Questionnaire' verifications are stuck on submitted for more than 3 weeks!

    (I was about share a screenshot for proof, but I can't share my screenshot link)

    My passport was uploaded at a later date and verified within 3 days!

    I've sent 20+ emails and no one has bothered to reply, only a automated email that doesn't answer my question again and again...

    Also live chat always takes me to 'status canceled' and refers me to email a question instead.

    Can some please look into this already!

    Why is it taking so long?

    Am I able to receive and withdraw payments yet?

    Hi @medabdh & @RyanC There is no need to wait for the status to change, you can start receiving payments already. The details will be reviewed once you'll start receiving payment. But keep in mind that you or maybe your client may be asked to provide additional information if needed.

    @Cristale_Payoneer I have the same issue right now , I cannot submit Global payment service profile form, the button is not working , what should i do ??
